You will then receive a call and a few details are taken of the accident to make an assessment. If the assessment is that someone else was at fault for your accident your case will be accepted and progressed if there is some fault on both sides we can accept your claim and pursue the other side for compensation for their part of the blame.

- We will instruct an appropriate medical expert to assess your injuries.
- We will immediately arrange physiotherapy or other rehabilitation procedures as appropriate.
- On receipt of the medical report we will value your claim and pursue this sum against the other side.
- There is then a period of negotiation to fix a reasonable compensation sum.
